What to expect:

  • First be sure to select the location that is most convenient for you, with two locations to serve you, one in the Lincoln Park area and the other in the South Loop, one of our locations is sure to suit your needs.
  • If you are driving your vehicle in, please pull into the drive-up bay, or you can park in the adjacent parking lot and come into our reception area where you'll be greeted with one of our team members to begin your claim process and repairs.
  • An estimator will be assigned to your claim and will meet with you, assess your vehicle's damages and produce an estimate which will they will review with you and answer any questions you may have.  If you're filing a claim through Geico, one of their on-site adjusters will also go over your claim, in detail, with you.
  • If you are leaving your vehicle for repairs immediately after your estimate, your vehicle will be checked in and you will asked to sign documents that allow Euro Collision to repair your vehicle. Deductible payment, if applicable will be explained.
  • If you are renting a vehicle, our on-site Enterprise representative will assist you in getting into a vehicle and on your way as soon as possible.  Please be aware that there is a $50 security deposit required when renting a car. 

What to bring:

  • Your vehicle should be present for your estimate.  If you can drive it in, great.  You can also have your vehicle towed directly to one of our locations.
  • If you're planning to get a rental be sure to have your current valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and your credit/debit car.
  • If you're filing a claim with Geico, you will need to provide your vehicle's current registration information
